If your package arrives damaged, defective or with missing items, an uncut parcel opening video is mandatory for claiming return, replacement or refund. The video must clearly show the full parcel, shipping label and the product being opened without pause or editing.

RETURN POLICY

At Drift and Display, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, we are happy to offer a return, replacement, or refund based on the situation.

To process a return or issue claim fairly and smoothly, an uncut parcel opening video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:


  • The full sealed parcel from all sides

  • The shipping label

  • The product being opened without pause or editing

This helps us verify courier-related or transit damage and ensures protection for both the customer and the store.

Once your video is verified, we will process:


  • Replacement of the same product, OR

  • Refund if the product is out of stock

Returns are only applicable when the product is damaged or defective on arrival — we do not accept returns due to change of mind or dislike after purchase, as figures and collectibles are high-value items.

To request a return or claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with your parcel opening video. Our support team will guide you through the process.
